Caitlynn looking for a Boyfriend

Taking a seat at a table and looking at the menu, I wait for a waitor.

*John* I walk into the restaurant. It's busy, and I need a seat. I look over at a bench and see a nice looking girl. I walk over. "Can I sit here?" I ask, pointing to the seat across from her.

I smile, "Sure" I say easily.

I look flustered and nervous, so I decide to start a conversation. "So, your name is?"

"I'm Caitlynn, your name is?" I give a flirty smile.

The flirty smile goes unseen, because I am not so good with girls. "John." I put my hand out for a nice handshake.

Sticking my hand in his I accept the shake and flick my hair over my shoulder.

The waitress comes to take our order. I order a soda and one slice of pepperoni pizza.

I order a slice of cheese and a can of sprite.

I smile at her from across the table. 'She's kind of cute...' I think, 'Maybe Mary isn't the only girl out there.'
"Hey, so, are you doing anything tonight?" I ask, taking a risk that isn't like me at all.

Returning his smile, I respond, "No, nothing."

"Oh." I say. The waitress returns with drinks and I gladly sip at mine, happy for the little distraction. 'I hope she doesn't notice that I didn't ask her out!' I scream in my head, 'Cuz that'd be STUPID of me.'

Taking a quick sip of her soda, I started to get a bit unsure, but I was pretty good at keeping calm, so I only said, "Yah."

(fyi, that whole asking her out thing was in my head about you, not the waitress. sorry!)
I feel embarrassed and then stand up. "I should go. Sorry for disturbing you!" I slap down $15. "Thats for the soda and pizza slice."

"Oh, ok. Bye"

I'm about to go, but then I look back. "Hey, later on, do you want to go to the bar, or maybe a restaurant?" I rub my head, frowning. "I mean, you don't have to."

A spark twinkles in my eyes "Sure, I would love too"

"Oh, uhhhh... great. When and where?" I ask. My face turns a deep crimson. I wring my hands nervously.

"How about Jasmine's? 8pm?" I ask questionly, and smile softly.

"S-s-sure!" I exclaim. I dash out of the diner like a small kid, excited for my date at Jasmine.

I smile and get up to go check on Cooper and Fire before the date.
