Lily comes on Axel

Emily was right.But this was my "punishment"Why I tried to run away in the first place was because I hated confinement.especially like this.

i look at her and sighed "maybe i could ask jason or kat if i can ride you?"

Hidden Passage~
My eyes sparkled at the thought of getting out.I have already been in here 3 or 4 days not being let out once.I nudged Emily`s hand telling her to go and ask.

i smiled "i'll go ask" i walk to jason and his sister "can i ride the mare thats still in her stall?" i ask looking at them

Kat~
"Sure,Be careful though,she is kinda wild lately.Her tack is on the rack by her stall.And she loves to jump so don`t run her toward any fences unless you are ready."

Jason~
I paced from foot to foot uneasy about this.

I nickered as Emily came back.

i smiled big "ok thanks!" i say over my shoulder i run to the tack room ignoreing the pain in my ribs

I snorted anxiously and waited for Emily to return.SHe winnied hoping she would answer.

Emily: "im coming girl" i walk back to her stall my arms full of tack i lay the saddle on the door from and walk in

I pranced in place with anticipation.I snorted and tossed my head waiting anxioulsy.

i tack her up quickly and smiled "there lets go" i lead her out of the stall

I followed her my head high.I pinned my ears when Axel came into view.It was almost like a teasing look that I gave him.I nickered nervously.

i look at her and lead her out of the barn mounting her. i wince from the pain in my ribs and look at her "ready girl?" i smiled

Hidden Passage~
I nodded my head.Humans usually took that as yes.I stood waiting for her cue.

Kat~
"So Zip has a bad knee.He can still be ridden,but not too hard."


Jason~
" That`s a shame,he is a really intelligent horse."I replyed shaking my head.

i smiled and tap her into a walk

I lazily begin to walk,knowing this rider didn`t have much confidence,so I decided I would relax.

i smiled and look around "hmmm where to go?"

I take her moment of confusion and use it.I begin to jog toward the cross country trail.Then I stop at the beginning of the cross country trail.

i squealed a little in surprise then smiled and urge her forward

I begin to lope.My lope was nice and smooth.I approached the first jump.The jump was a Water Jump.I gathered myself up,then sprung soaring over the jump.I landed in the water.I made a big splash,soaking Emily and soaking my legs and belly.

i burst out laughing "that was great!"

I kept on going.I tossed my head and galloped toward the next jump.It wasn`t anything interesting.Just a double four foot high jump.I jumped over it easily.Then I slowed my pace thinking about the next jump.

i hang on easy giggling i pat her on the neck "that a girl" i smiled and look at the other jump "im ready when you are"

The brick wall was the next.It was pretty high.But not high enough to make me chicken out.With a thrust of energy,My body rose into the air as I cleared the jump before me.

i giggled and pet her "thats a good girl" i smiled ignoring the pain in my ribs from jumping

Now to end it there was three logs stacks up.I would try extra hard on this one.I changed into a dead gallop.I leaped higher than I needed to but I did clear it.I pranced around,excited by the jumps.
