Gerald Is Bored

*As Gerald* I stand around, smoking my cigarette.

Nena:I drive down the alley

I see you in your car and I wave with the hand that holds a cigarette.

I ignore the Cigarette and roll down my window"Hey"I say happily

I smile wanly. "Heya Nena. What's up?" I ask, taking a long drag out of my cigarette.

Nena:"Um why do you smoke?"I ask

I shrug. "Why does anyone smoke? I feel like I have to. I get jittery without it." I say, shaking the cigarette to get rid of the ashes on the end.

"Well then leave me alone"I say Zooming off to the farm

I frown as the car pulls away. "Oh well. She's not the only girl in the world." I say firmly. I stand against the alley wall still, looking around.

I get bored so I put out my cigarette and walk along the alley, thinking about Nena. Then I see a girl. I smile.
